Dropped off my child's IPad to be sent back to be repaired because I purchased a Care Plan at Walmart. The package was never scanned so the tracking number does not work and I was not given a reciept. I guess someone has a cracked IPad now and my child does not. Went into the store and called customer service and was told there was nothing they could do, due to not having a reciept. Very disappointed in the UPS in Greenville, MS and UPS as a whole.

It's only open two hours a day which is EXTREMELY inconvenient.
