The worse freaking place ever! I just moved in the apartments this month and I am moving right back out! Horrible apartments! I moved down here to go to school thinking that the apartments would be great because of the reviews! NOT! SAVE YOUR MONEY! 690 for 2 bedrooms and a half bath. When there are apartments that are 615 for 2 beds and bath. And yesterday, as i was driving in this guy jump in front of my car.. I kid you not I almost ran him over! He was yelling at the cars as they went by and yelling at me. And when I told her I had enough.. I told her that I feared for my life because he knew where I lived. She said well why you didn't call the police?! ..stupid i cam and got your ass and the only thing you did was talk to him. if you had any sense you would have called them. You're the landlord you knew he was crazy before I did. You moved him in here.! If you want to stay in some nice apartments please go somewhere else.And oh, my counter-top needed to be replaced I told her that. I told her that it is rotten wood under there and the entire thing need to be replaced and guess what she got the maintenance guy to do. Glue on a piece of wood under neath it. And before we got off the phone she said Well i'm not about to argue with you goodbye have a nice day. Smh Don't do it please! The owners leave out in Monroe. LA she better be glad I don't have their number!
I have been at the apartments for a year and love them. The employees are very nice and very hard workers. The only reason for the 4 star is that I think all the apartments need to be updated. But other than that I love them and the employees.
