We had some car trouble with our rental car and had to stop somewhere. The lady at the desk in the welcome center was friendly and really helpful.
Person working there seemed disinterested in pretty much everything. I told her about a defective bank of lights and she just shrugged it off. I hope she wasn't getting paid for her "work".
She helped us a lot with sorting out the trouble we had. She also gave us excellent information about hotels to stay at our next destination. She's a legend and if she reads this, I just want to let her know that all turned out well, got a new rental car and the rest of the road trip was as adventures as we hoped for.
