Employees across the United States... Minneapolis - Greenville all reveal lack of training in costomer care... Need to go through the training of Hy-Vee or fareway grocery stores.... Sorry
Would rank 0 stars if I could. We got to the flooring department and asked someone to cut some linoleum at 11:05 am. The worker said, "Aight. Hole up. I gotta help another customer real quick." And shuffled off whitout even lifting her feet up from the ground. Waited about 15 minutes and got another worker to try and help. She then replied, "Let me go get her." (Referring to the previous worker.) We hear the lady's name get called about 7 to 8 times over the loud speaker trying to get her to come to the floor department to help us. She finally shows up at 11:25 (20 minutes from when we asked for help) and says, "hole up a second." It's now 11:37 (32 minutes from the time we asked for help) and she is still no where to be found. I'm not 100% positive of the worker's name that is supposed to be helping her because I haven't even been able to see her name tag. I believe I heard "Rhonda" being called several times over the loud speaker to come help us. I know she's over the flooring department today. 12/26/17. We are extremely dissatisfied with this pathetic display of customer service and will never come back.
No service today. Fair to mediocre selection; but best in town. Your best bath & plumbing lady was off duty. No one replaced her, even poorly. Got whst we needed, but not exactly what we wanted.
