Limos was 15 minutes late. We had to drive ourselves to my mom's funeral. After spending 9,000 dollars on my mom's funeral, surely they would comp us for the limos. WRONG!!!! Redmon Funeral Home tried to milk us for 200 dollars for limos we did not use. The callous, inconsiderate customer service representative claimed they were not tardy, we left for the funeral too early.This is after my family waited outside the house with the Sheriff escorts for 30 pass the ETA of the limos. I asked Mr. Redmon himself about these practices. My words exactly... "is 200 this important?! Is this the way you conduct business in here?" I continued, "I STILL have older relatives in Greenville; and you would rather lose out on several other jobs opportunities over 200 dollars." This was not something I wanted to deal with while grieving the death of mom. Redmon Funeral Home, two words, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!
