I always come shop at Belks there are affordable brand name clothing and friendly employees.
I wasn't too impressed. The store was very cluttered. I couldn't shop for clothing like I wanted to. The ladies at the makeup counter was very nice and helpful..I only will go for beauty products there.
I found some really great bargaina! Really nice personnel.
Good place to shop and found exactly what I was looking for.
