Backward , ignorant , & Incompetent! ! These are the words to describe South Carolina A total waste of time ,money and effort. Truth and justice fall by the wayside . They give way to bias and prejudices .Magistrates I have had in the lower courts have been referenced to as" not too bright" This guy McDonald was downright stupid and / or bias.The defendants committed perjury (again #!!)These only way to prove the truth was with a polygraph test.Of courses they ruled against it. (Citing some rule disallowing polygraph results as evidense)I am. Fairly certain that the magistrate could have used to make an accurate decision as to who was or wasn't being truthful. And oh yeah, they don't consider you as well as those who have paid the price for a "suit".This isn't a search for truth and justice at this and every other hillbilly court I've been to! It's a businesses where judges,lawyers and clerical people toil over cases where they dwell on things like decorum, references, inane things .Try to get the simple truth across ,...you wind up with the chocolate end of the stick.Especially if you are outspoken. I've been a landlord in your sorry state for quite a while. The people are sorry,the economy is bad there. The Anderson Sheriff's Dept.is really lame and unprofessional. The courts are even worse.I'll attempt to try and work things out without the dullard magistrates and reluctant to act Sheriff's Dept. You are the most horrible people I've yet to incounter.Hillbillies,rednecks,methheads,gun tote'n myopic,bigoted Republicans drunks,thieves. I personally think yawll sucks bigtime.
