To be honest I do not really understand why they are so rude and unprofessional at this casino. It goes against common business sense entirely.
Very nice place to go and unwind. Good environment, not a lot of people bothering uoui while your trying to play. Although some of the staff aren't exactly the most pleasant to deal with. Over all though I enjoy my time there.
It's really quite ridiculous how rude the employees are. I would not say that they were trying to be that rude. However I would say that they spend zero effort and training their staff on how to treat them in order to maximize prophet.
There's literally nothing about thia place that makes you feel comfortable or makes you think that it's a solid run business. Zero nada nil.
